View and update an order in the mobile app

Open the Orders tab and select an order to see its items, customer details, payment status, fulfillment choice, and notes. Use the available action for the work you have completed, such as confirming payment, marking ready, or marking fulfilled.

Only update a status after the real-world step is complete.
