What your free trial includes
Every new kitchen starts on a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin.
What you can use
During the trial you get the Premium tools, whichever plan you eventually pick:
- Recipe costing
- The Benchmarks workspace
- The Storage pantry
- A custom domain
- Up to 25 pickup locations
Plus everything on both plans: your storefront, menus, orders, customers, packages, subscriptions, and the printable flyer.
The one exception: AI images
AI image generation does not work during the trial. It unlocks only after you start a paid Premium subscription.
Account → Plan & billing says so directly: "AI images unlock after starting a paid Premium subscription." Photo uploads work normally throughout — it is only the AI generation and enhancement that waits.

If you have used a Premium tool, it also tells you which — so you know what you would lose by choosing Basic.
What happens on day 15
If you have not chosen a plan, your kitchen admin locks. You will see: "Your free trial has ended. Choose a plan to reopen your kitchen."
Nothing is deleted. Everything comes back the moment you pick a plan.
If you choose Basic
Your data stays, but the Premium tools stop. The one to plan for is pickup locations: Basic allows 2. If you set up five during the trial, only the first 2 will show to customers afterwards — and nothing warns them. Decide which 2 before your trial ends.
