Confirm the kitchen and menu are published, the account has access, and you are using the correct kitchen path or verified custom domain. A brand-new draft kitchen's included root address shows a getting ready page, but its menu, checkout, ordering, custom-domain, and other public storefront routes remain unavailable until the storefront is published. A paused storefront remains unavailable.

If the public site is unexpectedly unavailable, try a private browser window and contact support with the URL and approximate time of the issue.
