Find pickup details and order status
Three ways to check
Your order status page. Your confirmation screen and your Order request received email both have a View order status link. It opens a page for that one order that shows:
- where the order stands
- what you ordered and the total
- the pickup or delivery time, and the pickup spot's name
- the payment options
The link keeps working and always shows the latest status, so keep the email or bookmark the page. You can pay from it later, too. You don't need to sign in, which means anyone you share the link with can see the order. Share it only with someone you trust, such as the person collecting it.
Your confirmation. It has the order code, the pickup or delivery details, and the kitchen's instructions.
The My orders page. On the kitchen's site, open My orders and sign in with your email. You don't need a password. You'll see every order you've placed with that kitchen and its current status. See view your order history.
What the statuses mean

| Request sent | New | The kitchen has your request but hasn't confirmed it yet. |
| Confirmed | Confirmed | The kitchen has confirmed your order. Nothing to do. |
| Being prepared | Prepping | It's being made now. |
| Ready for pickup or Ready for delivery | Ready for Pickup | Go and collect it, or expect the delivery. |
| Completed | Fulfilled | It's been picked up or delivered. |
| Not picked up | Not picked up | The kitchen marked it as not collected. Contact them if that's wrong. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled | The order won't go ahead. Contact the kitchen with any questions. |
Kitchens update these by hand while cooking, so there can be a lag. If your pickup window has arrived and the status hasn't moved, go anyway. Someone being too busy to tap a button is far more likely than your food not being ready.
If something is wrong or needs changing
Contact the kitchen directly and give them your order code. Stovefront can't change, cancel, or refund an order for you. The order and the payment are both between you and the kitchen.
