Print a weekly flyer

Flyer in the left navigation builds a printable sheet from your menu week — for a market table, a pickup handoff, or a community noticeboard.

Steps​

  1. Open Flyer.
  2. Check the week shown is the one you want.
  3. Review what is included and how it is laid out.
  4. Print from your browser, or save as PDF to send.

Choosing what appears​

Items are added to the flyer from your menu. On a dish or item, use Add to Flyer to include it. A flyer with your six best sellers reads better than one listing all forty.

The flyer note​

Website → Publish & share → Site status & address has a Default ordering note / flyer footer — a short line printed on the sheet telling people how to order and pay.

Make it specific to paper. Someone holding a printout cannot click anything:

Order at biteofheaven.com/menu or text 555-0142. Pay by Venmo @yourhandle when your order is confirmed.

Use your browser's print dialog. Enable background graphics or the colors drop out. Print one and look at it before running fifty.
