Save pickup presets and defaults
New kitchens can choose Set up pickup from the initial pickup prompt or Skip for now and return later. Setup is available in Operations > Schedule, in Pickup presets.
- Select Set up pickup or New preset.
- Give the preset a name, such as Sunday market. Choose an existing pickup time or create one.
- Choose a pickup spot, or enter a new spot name and address.
- Select pickup days and the start and end time. Hours use the kitchen's time zone.
- Choose Use as my default pickup preset, then Review pickup.
- Check the name, address, days and hours, then choose Save pickup preset. Your first preset becomes the default.
New pickup times start with your default spot, days and hours. You can change the values before saving. The default does not remove or hide other pickup times.
Review and manage presets
Expand a named preset to see its pickup address, days, hours, time zone and order cutoff. Edit preset changes its name, spot, days or hours. Presets use your saved pickup times, so editing a time updates every preset using it and the active customer schedule. Existing order promises remain unchanged. You can edit pickup spot details in the same Schedule page.
Use Make default to choose a different default. Delete preset asks for confirmation and removes the saved preset only; its pickup spot and time stay in Schedule. Deleting the default leaves no default until you choose another.
Saved does not mean turned on
After saving, review the customer summary below and choose Turn on scheduled pickup, then confirm. This enables the saved schedule for customer ordering; it does not publish the storefront.
If Store paused says Turn on your saved pickup schedule, your spot and times already exist. Follow Review pickup schedule to enable them instead of entering them again. Then return to Website > Publish & share, complete any remaining requirements, and resume the storefront.
