Add staff to your public page

Website → Pages → Staff lets you introduce the people who cook and pack with you. Customers see them on your public site.

Steps​

  1. Open Website → Pages → Staff.
  2. Select Add person.
  3. Enter their Name and Role ("Baker", "Saturday packing", whatever fits).
  4. Select Choose portrait to add a photo, or leave it blank.
  5. Set them to Shown on site or Hidden from site.
  6. Use Remove to take someone off the list.

Hiding is useful for seasonal help — you keep the entry without showing it publicly.

This does not give anyone a login​

Staff profiles are presentation only. Adding someone here does not let them sign in, see orders, or change your menu.

Stovefront does not currently support a second sign-in for one kitchen. One account owns it.

Do not share your password as a workaround. Whoever has it can change your prices, read every customer's contact details, and cancel orders — and there is no record of who did what.

If you need a genuine second operator, tell support. It is a known gap and demand shapes what gets built.
